WEIGHT LOSS MANAGEMENT
Our medical weight loss management program is designed to support you on your weight loss journey, whether through telehealth across Texas or in person at our Missouri City, TX location.
We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique needs and goals, allowing us to create a personalized weight loss plan tailored specifically to you. Below, you’ll find detailed information on our program, how to get started, our products, and associated fees.
ABOUT OUR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
How the Program Works
- You will need to be under the care of a Primary Care Provider. We will be in communication with your Provider if you have abnormal labs that needs to be addressed.
- Prior to the initial consultation, consents and questionnaires will be emailed to you. Please fill out the forms within 24 hours prior to the consultation. We need adequate time to properly review your medical history and develop your personalized plan of care.
- You will need labs drawn within the last 3 months. If you have not recently had labs drawn and you choose not to have them drawn with your physician, we will order your labs at your consultation.
- During your initial consultation we will review your medical history, discuss your health goals, and do basic nutrition and exercise coaching. Once your labs are reviewed and you have no medical contraindications for our program, we can begin your tailored treatment plan. *Treatment initiation will be based on your labs and medical history*.
- Your package will consist of treatment and a monthly follow-up. You will also have 24/7 access to the provider for questions and concerns. All medication will be delivered to your home, within 2-3 weeks. The medication includes a subcutaneous injectable, that will be self administered once a week. If you choose an oral medication, it will be delivered to your home as well. Labs will be redrawn every 6 months and per the providers discretion, to ensure the optimization of your health.
