Below you will a list of frequently asked questions about BHRT.
Please reach us at tiffany@simplynewyou.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is a treatment that uses hormones chemically identical to those the body produces naturally. Unlike synthetic hormones, bioidentical hormones are derived from natural sources, like plants, and are tailored to closely match the structure of hormones in your body, which can allow for better compatibility and fewer side effects.
Each BHRT treatment is customized to fit an individual’s unique needs. With the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider, patients receive a tailored dosage of hormones, typically in the form of creams, patches, injections, or pellets, to help restore hormonal balance and improve quality of life.
Benefits of BHRT may include relief from menopause and perimenopause symptoms, increased energy, improved mood and mental clarity, reduced risk of osteoporosis, and an enhanced sense of well-being. However, each patient’s experience can vary.
If you’re experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance or age-related hormone decline, you may be a good candidate for BHRT. It’s ideal for people seeking a natural alternative to traditional hormone replacement therapy, though candidacy depends on individual health factors, which will be assessed by our clinic.
BHRT can be delivered through creams, gels, patches or injections. Each administration method has unique benefits, and the choice will depend on factors such as hormone levels, treatment goals, lifestyle, and personal preference.
BHRT is considered safe for many individuals when prescribed and monitored by a trained healthcare provider. Like any therapy, BHRT carries some risks, so it’s essential to have regular follow-up appointments to ensure that hormone levels are stable and to address any concerns that may arise.
No refunds will be given for services offered, medication, or labs ordered. Medications are made specifically for the patient and medication cannot be returned.

Below you will a list of frequently asked questions about LDN
Please reach us at tiffany@simplynewyou.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is a form of naltrexone, a medication traditionally used at higher doses to treat addiction. At lower doses, LDN has been found to have unique properties that may support immune function, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain, making it useful for a range of chronic conditions.
LDN works by temporarily blocking opioid receptors in the body, which can lead to an increase in the production of endorphins—natural chemicals that promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve mood. This effect has made LDN a popular treatment option for conditions such as autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and certain types of inflammation.
LDN may be beneficial for individuals with autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, mood disorders, and conditions related to inflammation.
However, suitability varies based on individual health needs, during our consultation we can assess candidacy through a personalized evaluation.
LDN may offer several benefits, including:
LDN can be particularly helpful for people who are seeking a natural way to manage chronic pain or inflammation, or as a complementary treatment to conventional therapies.
LDN is considered safe for most individuals when prescribed and monitored by a qualified healthcare provider. Side effects are generally minimal and may include sleep disturbances in some patients, though these are often temporary.
We will discuss any underlying health conditions to ensure LDN is a safe choice for you.
LDN is usually prescribed in capsule or liquid form and is typically taken at bedtime. Dosages are carefully adjusted based on individual needs, often starting low and gradually increasing to achieve the desired effects.

No refunds will be given for services offered, medication, or labs ordered. Medications are made specifically for the patient and medication cannot be returned.
